From the diamond to the boardroom.

I grew up in Kentucky with a softball glove in one hand and a relentless work ethic in the other. I competed as a Division I infielder and catcher at Auburn University (SEC) and Arizona State University (Big 12) — two programs that taught me how to perform under pressure, lead in a team environment, and never stop improving.

That same drive carried me into healthcare. I've worked alongside a CLO and CEO at Owensboro Health, shaped federal healthcare policy on Capitol Hill through two internships with the U.S. House of Representatives — including the Energy and Commerce Committee — and graduated with my M.S. from ASU with a 4.0 GPA.

I'm actively seeking internships and full-time roles in healthcare operations, strategy, and client success — open to opportunities wherever the right one takes me.

What the diamond taught me.

Four years. Two programs. One 4.0 GPA. Competing as a Division I infielder and catcher at Auburn and Arizona State wasn't just about softball — it was a masterclass in pressure, leadership, and showing up every single day.

🎯

Performing Under Pressure

Division I athletics trains you to execute when the stakes are highest. That mental discipline translates directly into how I approach complex, fast-moving healthcare environments.

🤝

Team-First Mentality

The best plays I was ever part of were built on trust and communication. I carry that into every work setting — whether it's a cross-functional project team or a client relationship that needs careful coordination.

📈

Continuous Improvement

In softball, you watch film, adjust your mechanics, and show up better tomorrow. In healthcare, I bring that same commitment: always looking for the workflow or data point that makes the system stronger.

👧

Giving Back

I've provided softball instruction to youth players — an experience that sharpened my communication skills and reinforced how much I value developing others. Leadership is about elevating the people around you.
